Our goal with Downtown Shelby is simple: respect the history and character of the town while investing in its next chapter. By restoring, rebuilding and thoughtfully improving properties throughout downtown, we hope to create new opportunities for local businesses, residents and future generations. 

This isn’t about changing what makes Shelby special. It’s about building on it, preserving pieces of its history along the way, and helping create a vibrant downtown that our community can be proud of for years to come.
